The Alpha Centauri Educational System, Inc. (ACES) started way back 2002 as a franchise of the Center of Healthcare Professions (CHP) which first offered caregiver training programs. In 2008, as they were granted by the Commission on Higher Education to offer degree programs, it was then renamed as Alpha Centauri Educational System, Inc.
